Return Policy

  • Order must include VIN # for us to verify correct parts are ordered and sent - With out a VIN on the order - customer assumes all responsibility.
  • Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only - they do not reflect the actual product.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts or cancelled orders - we must receive return within 30 days from order date - after 30 days will have 35% restock fee.(Not able to accept any returns more than 45 days) 
  • Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason. This includes but not limited to: Switches, Sensors, Wiring Harnesses, Motors, Modules, Lighting.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.  
  • All shipping costs are customers responsibility - we do not provide shipping labels for any reason.
  • We do not refund any shipping charges for any reason.
  • Orders that are refused by the customer - Courier return fee will be deducted from any amount owed.
  • Obsolete Parts or Discontinued Parts are not returnable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancelled orders that have been processed and parts ordered from the Manufacturer will be treated as a return and a 20% restock fee will be deducted from refund.
